Returns:

Rockhopper Audio is proud to announce its new return policy.  There is a 14 day return period where a customer may return an amplifier without question so long as the amplifier is returned in saleable condition*.  

• Customers must first contact Rockhopper Audio for return authorization.  
• All returns must be sent via USPS/UPS/FedEx with tracking/delivery confirmation and insurance equal to the purchase price of the amp.  
• All amplifiers must be packed adequately to avoid damage during shipping.  
• Refunds will not be issued until the amplifer has been returned and Rockhopper Audio has evaluated the amplifier to ensure that it is in proper working order and in saleable condition*. 

 The 14 date return period begins when the amplifier has been delivered to the customer.  This will be determined via tracking/delivery confirmation.

B-stock items are not eligible for the 14 day return policy.  All B-stock item sales are final.

*Saleable condition means the amplifier is fully functional with no cosmetic damage unless already noted in the original listing on this site.  Any damage (functional or cosmetic) to an amplifier that occurs either during shipment or while the amplifier is in the possesion of the customer may disqualify the amplifier from being eligible for a return.
